Shipping Policy

The Mad Jam Woman ships to mainland UK addresses and uses Royal Mail or Parcel To Go for all deliveries. MJW aims to despatch orders within 24hrs. Standard (2-4 working days), shipping is included in orders of 4 jars (£19.50).

Please contact me by email if you would like extra protection

 (advised) which is £3, or if you live in a remote UK address

as your delivery cost will need to be checked before your order is accepted.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with any items purchased from The Mad Jam Woman, please call / contact us to discuss and we can arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
